Apple just updated its operating system for Apple TV. Update can be done by going to Settings app by selecting System -> Software Update. This update is probably just about bug fixes and performance improvements. Apple does not reveal full release notes for tvOS, not sure why. No new features were discovered. Apple probably considers its operating system for smart set-top-box as minor OS and also Apple is not propagating it much. In the past, tvOS was called just “Apple TV Software” and we definitely need more love for this great operating system that can enhance almost any modern TV via Apple’s smart set-top-box.
