Apple just updated all of its operating systems. As for macOS Catalina, it’s “just” Supplemental Update, but the other ones got new version numbers. On iOS and iPadOS, it patches the unc0ver jailbreaking tool vulnerability which worked on iOS and iPadOS. watchOS update also fixed security issues. As for tvOS, no new major features were found. As usual, before updating, backup all your important data to at least two safe places, like external disks, NAS or reliable cloud service.

According to the security notes for the update, it fixes a security issue that could allow an application to execute arbitrary code with kernel privileges.
Apple did not release full release notes for other operating systems, but the same vulnerability that has been addressed in macOS was fixed in the rest of Apple’s operating systems.
