New iPhones and more, what we could expect from September keynote?

By innovation onlyIt’s official! Rumors were right and the date of Apple’s iPhone event is set to 10th September. On this event, as in recent years, are presented new iPhones and announced the release date of macOS, iOS, watchOS and tvOS. But what else is Apple going to release? There are no official infos, but based on many rumors, this event may be more exciting, not just iPhones and operating systems. Probably the most exciting would be releasing a rumored 16-inch MacBook Pro and maybe new iPads Pro, new water-resistant AirPods and a new HomePod.

Apple is expected to release three new iPhones, two with OLED displays in 5.8 and 6.5 inches and one budget edition with 6.1-inch LCD display. The two OLED models will use triple-lens camera setups arranged within in a square bump, with the setup including a telephoto lens, a wide-angle lens and a new super-wide angle lens. The budget iPhone should use dual-camera setup. If Apple announces iPads Pro too, they should get the same or similar camera setup.

Some rumors say, that iPads Pro will be announced in late October event, and some rumors says, they will be announced in Spring 2020, probably in March. If the Spring 2020 is the right date, it will be interesting to see, that September 2019 iPhones – mobile phones – with A13 SoC will (probably) have more performance than professional laptop-replacement iPads Pro for about half of a year.

Face ID will be improved, but no changes in notch and also 3D Touch will be eliminated in favor of the haptic feedback system. We also expect bilateral wireless charging, bigger batteries and a new AMX co-processor.

As for Apple Watch, there are no rumors about significant update, but Apple may announce new ceramic and titanium models.

New 16-inch redesigned professional MacBook Pro may be announced too, but even if yes, it may be available in 2020 for first customers.

As every year, Apple will release/announce release date of macOS Catalina, iOS 13 + iPadOS 13, watchOS 6 and tvOS 13.

Maybe we will hear something more about Apple Arcade and Apple TV+, services announced on March 2019 event.

Event will be at Steve Jobs Theater in Cupertino at 10:00 am Pacific. Here in Slovakia, it will be at 19:00.
