Apple today updated its two operating systems – macOS and iOS. Updates are recommended for all users with compatible devices. Changes are mostly under the hood, focused to improve stability, compatibility and security. Apple released security update for older operating systems OS X El Capitan and OS X Yosemite too. Be sure to download updates only from official sources – Mac App Store for macOS and iTunes or OTA (over-the-air) for iOS.
As Apple said, improvements for macOS Sierra are:
- Fixes an issue where audio may stutter when played through USB headphones
- Enhances compatibility of the Mac App Store with future software updates
- Adds support for media-free installation of Windows 10 Creators Update using Boot Camp
As for iOS, Apple focused to fix bugs, higher security and minor updates for operating system.
